UNICEF SuaraMakna — Participation MIS
A monitoring information system for UNICEF Indonesia that structures meaningful child & adolescent participation in local planning — role-based workflows for input, review, response, and reporting.

Challenge
UNICEF Indonesia's programme involves meaningful participation of children and adolescents in planning processes. The challenge was not only collecting inputs, but making the review-and-response process easy to monitor and document.
Different stakeholders had different roles: local agencies recorded planning information, participation groups reviewed and commented, related agencies responded, and national users needed visibility across the whole workflow.
Solution
konsep designed and built a web-based MIS with role-based access and workflow support, organizing planning records, review steps, comments, responses, user access, and reporting in one structured environment.
It covered workflows for local agencies, participation groups, related agencies, national users, and administrators, with user manuals and handover documentation.
Result
The MIS gave the programme a structured digital workflow to record, review, respond to, and document participation inputs in planning processes — replacing fragmented manual coordination with a single auditable system.
