LinkNet SMURFS — Network Health Dashboard

Challenge

LinkNet needed a clearer way to monitor network health across multiple operational layers. Information came from different sources — monitoring data, ticketing context, customer feedback, and team coordination.

For operational teams the key challenge was visibility: a shared view to understand where issues were happening, how severe they were, and which customer areas could be affected.

Solution

konsep designed and built SMURFS as a network-health dashboard with layered monitoring views — high-level and drill-down across business units, regions, hubs, and fiber-node information.

It combined dashboard visualization, map-based views, topology navigation, ticket and severity indicators, customer-impact views, and API-backed data integration to make operational signals easier to read and compare from one interface.

Result

SMURFS gave LinkNet a centralized monitoring interface for network-health visibility, helping operational teams review network conditions, customer-impact indicators, and historical issue context from a single structured dashboard.
