KPPPA EvaluasiPUG / APE Platform

Challenge

Pengarusutamaan Gender (PUG) requires ministries, agencies, and regional governments to document institutional readiness, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation evidence in a structured format. It also supports Anugerah Parahita Ekapraya (APE), a national recognition.

The process spans many respondent types, staged verification, supporting-document uploads, scoring, and reporting, and must follow annual instrument updates.

Solution

konsep developed and supported the web-based EvaluasiPUG platform, built around role-based access for ministry/agency, provincial and city/regency operators, administrative and field verifiers, final verifiers, and viewers.

It supported LKE-based data entry with branching logic, supporting attachments, staged access control, scoring by role and stage, verification comments, and summary/report outputs, with recurring annual updates.

Result

KPPPA gained a structured digital workflow that standardized submissions, verification, and reporting across different government user groups for recurring PUG evaluation and APE-related assessment.
