KPPPA Child-Friendly Service Standardization
A family of web platforms digitizing KPPPA's child-friendly service standardization programs (SRA, PRAP, PISA, LPKRA, RBRA, PUSPAGA, TARA) — submissions, evidence, audits, scoring, and reporting.
Challenge
KPPPA runs several child-friendly service and facility standardization programs across different public-service domains. Each has its own instrument and terminology, but the workflow is similar: institutions submit structured data, upload evidence, move through review/audit stages, and receive assessment outputs to monitor and report.
The challenge was supporting many programs without fragmented manual files — each with different instruments, user groups, scoring rules, and annual updates — while staying manageable for KPPPA teams.
Solution
konsep developed and supported a family of web-based standardization applications sharing a common workflow pattern, adapted to each program's instrument and operational needs.
Work covered content setup, annual instrument updates, role-based access, supporting-document uploads, staged self-assessment and audit workflows, scoring, per-organization and global reporting exports, backups, training materials, and operational support. Programs include SRA, PRAP, PISA, LPKRA/LPLRA, RBRA, PUSPAGA, and TARA.
Result
KPPPA gained reusable digital workflow support across multiple standardization programs — structuring submissions, evidence collection, staged reviews, reporting, and recurring annual operations across child-friendly service domains.
