Indosat Assistant (INSTANT) is a selfcare application for our customers. INSTANT is available for Prepaid (Mentari dan IM3) and Postpaid (Matrix) customers. For Prepaid, INSTANT provides menus to Check Balance, Check Internet Quota , Balance Reload and Buy Internet and Blackberry packages. While postpaid, INSTANT provides menus for Postpaid Billing, Check bill/unbilled usage, e-Billing Activation or to Change Billing Address. Available features in Indosat Assistant (INSTANT): 1. Buy Internet and Blackberry packages 2. Reload Account 3. Indosat number profile 4. PIN and PUK Information 5. Personal account 6. Remaining balance 7. Check bill/unbilled usage for postpaid 8.
