Challenge
KPPPA coordinates the Kabupaten/Kota Layak Anak (KLA) programme across local governments, provinces, and central verification teams. The evaluation needs structured questionnaires, role-based data entry, administrative and field verification, scoring, and report preparation across many regions.
It is a formal government evaluation with many user roles that must stay aligned with evolving annual instruments and schedules, and stay available during evaluation windows.
