Challenge

Bussan Auto Finance needed a more structured way for dealers and internal teams to monitor credit-application progress and related operational information — application and disbursement status, dealer communication, BPKB processes, purchase-order handling, and role-specific access.

As the project evolved, the system also needed richer dealer workflows, credit-related data, integration with other operational systems, and clearer reporting for different user groups.

Solution

konsep designed and developed a dealer-facing web portal supporting application tracking, operational status views, dealer communication, document workflows, reporting, user management, and audit history.

It was delivered in phases: early delivery (2014) with UAT, user manuals, deployment guidance and load-test reports; later phases (2016–2017) extending dealer features, credit-scoring-related work, integrations, and change requests.

Result

Bussan Auto Finance gained a structured web-based workflow for dealer operations — application tracking, disbursement visibility, BPKB workflows, dealer-to-branch communication, role-based access, reporting, and auditability.
