Challenge
21 Cineplex managed HR operations across a distributed cinema network. HR and payroll needed to handle employee profiles, branch and outlet structures, attendance, overtime, salary components, allowances, employee loans, role access, and approval flows.
The complexity came from scale and rules: different locations, positions, salary components, attendance conditions, and payroll formulas had to be represented consistently.
Solution
konsep designed and developed a dedicated HR system covering employee data, cinema/outlet master data, position hierarchy, attendance, payroll components, monthly salary processing, overtime, employee-loan handling, user roles, and approval workflows — backed by a SQL Server database design with stored procedures.
