Ranking Web Frameworks

There's a site that ranks the web frameworks developers use, scored from GitHub and Stack Overflow activity, with results you can group by language. The information can feed into your decision about which framework to pick — though the numbers aren't gospel. They reflect those two signals, which look backward: a strong but brand-new framework won't show up well here yet. Some entries are also missing a score on one side (GitHub or Stack Overflow), so the picture can be a little skewed. Don't be too surprised by the list. :)
You can find it at HotFrameworks.
For me, the surprise was ASP.NET — though on reflection it makes sense: the others are fragmented across many options, while ASP.NET comes complete from Microsoft, so most developers don't go looking for alternatives. Its lighter presence on GitHub probably plays a part too.
