Indosat INSTANT for Windows Phone
Indosat customers can now use Indosat self-care on Windows Phone. Indosat Assistant (INSTANT) is an online self-care service for both prepaid (Mentari and IM3) and postpaid (Matrix) customers.
For prepaid customers, INSTANT makes it easy to check your balance and data quota, top up, and buy internet and BlackBerry packages. For postpaid (Matrix) customers, it shows your total bill and current usage, activates e-Billing, and lets you change your billing address.
